What to write about
- Corrections. Give the page address, the figure or sentence you think is wrong, and a source if you have one, such as a 10-K page or a USAspending award link.
- Data questions. Ask how we arrived at a number, why a subsidiary is or isn't matched to a company, or how to use our data downloads.
- Press and research. Journalists and analysts are welcome to cite our figures. Please link to the page you cite so readers can see the source and the data date.
- Suggestions. Tell us which companies or topics we should cover next.
We cannot give investment, legal or tax advice, and we do not comment on whether to buy or sell any security.
What to expect
We aim to reply within a few business days. Reports of errors come first.
When we confirm an error, we correct the page, note the date of the correction, and list it in the change log on our methodology page. Our About page describes the full corrections policy.
Your privacy
We use your email address only to reply to you and to keep a record of corrections. We do not add you to any mailing list. If we credit a reader for a correction, we name you only with your permission. See our privacy policy for details.
