BWX Technologies builds nuclear reactors for Navy ships and works on government nuclear programs. It reports 68% of its FY2025 revenue from the U.S. government, about $2.18B by our calculation. Its 10-K gives three years in one sentence: "During the years ended December 31, 2025, 2024 and 2023, the U.S. Government represented approximately 68%, 76% and 75% of our total consolidated revenues, respectively."
The company's contract record is harder to read. Most of its matched prime contract obligations come from the Department of Energy, but they are far below the government revenue it reports, so the match is under review and its obligation ratio is withheld. Its page lists two joint ventures, which our rules keep out of both owners' totals. The methodology page explains how we treat them.
