Government services companies sell technology, engineering, logistics and program management to federal agencies, and they are among the most dependent on Washington of any group we cover. Five of the eight that disclose a share get 80% or more of their revenue from the U.S. government, led by Science Applications International at 98%. The median, 84%, is higher than the defense primes' 70%.

Booz Allen Hamilton and Parsons give no company-wide percentage, so we show them as "not disclosed". Maximus reports federal revenue only; its 10-K says much of the rest of its business is with state and local governments.
